Rounds(以下、IR と略す)のシステムを用いて学校間で連携した授業研究を行うことで小規模校化する地域で、学校が専門的な学習共同体として維持できるためのシステムづくりについて研究を行ってきた。本稿ではその研究のもう一つの目的である、調査協力者の教職大学院の現職院生が、IR
